Rachel Corbin NP-C the owner and founder of The Med Spot. Mrs. Corbin has been practicing medicine for over 15 years and is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to aesthetics Mrs. Corbin provided care to patients in trauma centers and Emergency departments throughout New York State. She currently works in addiction medicine as well as aesthetics. Rachel received her Facial Aesthetics training in New York City and Syracuse, NY. She focuses her work on ensuring total client assessment to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to meet the specific needs of every client. 

Rachel understands that appearance and self-confidence interplay. She enjoys improving patient’s appearance as this often improves quality of life. Her meticulous eye for detail reflects the artistry that distinguishes Rachel’s work as an aesthetic Nurse Practitioner and her commitment to achieving natural-looking outcomes that blend well with the patient’s overall facial or body proportions.

Corey Corbin is a Family Nurse Practitioner and is the co-owner and co-founder of the The Med Spot. Mr. Corbin has a strong background in critical care, addiction  medicine, men's health, hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, aesthetics and internal medicine. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at the Suny Canton, and then obtained his Masters of Science in Nursing degree at SUNY POLY of Utica New York. He holds a national board certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and CCRN certification with the American 

Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN).

Corey received his Facial aesthetics training in New York City. Has been treating patients with low testosterone and other hormone imbalances for over 5 years. When you’re ready to turn back the hands of time, Corey is ready to help you achieve your goals. 

Alyssa is a registered nurse at The Med Spot. Alyssa graduated Nursing School in 2019 with the dream of becoming an aesthetics RN.  Over the past three years Alyssa has been working in addiction medicine full time and part time in aesthetics. Alyssa received her facial aesthetics training in New York City. She is certified in botox administration, fillers, and facial aesthetics. Alyssa has been working under Cory and Rachel Corbin since 2019 assisting with IV Administration and training to administer botox and fillers.

Alyssa is passionate about providing patients with achievable goals and desirable results.  She holds patient safety as a top priority, and ensures her patients feel thoroughly educated and comfortable before proceeding with any treatment.

Corrine (Cory) is a registered nurse at The Med Spot.  She received her Associate in Nursing degree with high honors in 2011 from St. Elizabeth College of Nursing.  Cory started her nursing career in a critical care setting while continuing her education. In 2016 she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Kaplan University.  Most recently she has worked as a nurse case manager in the home care setting. In 2019 she discovered her love for aesthetic nursing and later received her facial aesthetics certification in New York City. Cory is thrilled to bring aesthetic services to the area including, but not limited to botox, fillers, microneedling/PRP, chemical peels, teeth whitening, and a variety of other skin care and anti-aging treatments. Cory will also be providing health and wellness services such as IV hydration / vitamins and vitamin injections. Cory looks forward to helping you develop a treatment plan to keep you looking and feeling your very best.
